Profile unlit volumetric letters are made of thicker sheet material, such as MDF, plywood, PVC, aluminium, stainless steel, etc. The depth of the profile 0 letters is determined by the thickness of the sheet material used to make them. The most common finishes used are paint, vinyl wrapping or in the case of stainless steel – various surface treatment methods.
