Profile 4 is most suitable for the production of large scale LED channel letters in outdoor environments. Profile 4 channel letters are technologically different from other channel letters in terms of the aluminium mounting strip and/or the front surface material. This technical solution allows to produce large-format LED channel letters due to the strength and rigidity of the glass fasteners. In the case of the production of very large LED channel letters, an illuminated fabric is used as a surface material. Using illuminated fabric on large LED channel letters allows to reduce the weight of the letters and visible joints on the face of the channel letters. Profile 4 is the most used channel letter solutions for large facade and roof ads.
