Profile 1 volumetric letters (as for profile 00) are not illuminated. Unlike the letters in Profile 0, the technological structure of Profile 1 is different. Profile 1 volume is achieved by welding a suitable depth surface to the side of the letter. This offers more choice when selecting a letter depth, as well as allowing to produce larger unlit letters. The usual materials used are aluminium and stainless steel.
